For the most part the 56th annual Grammy Awards was a snooze fest, packed with mediocre performances. The night kicked off with a much anticipated performance from Beyonce and Jay Z. This was the first live performance from Beyonce since she dropped her fifth studio album in Dec., but the “Drunk In Love’ songstress left much to be desired, even with a “surfboard” breakdown.
The best performances of the night occurred when stars teamed up to collaborate with one another. Kendrick Lamar and Imagine Dragons performed “m.A.A.d. city” and a new version of “Radioactive,” while Macklemore, Ryan Lewis, Queen Latifah, Madonna and Mary Lambert married over thirty couples to “Same Love.”
Watch some of the performances and tell me what the highlight of the show was for you below!
